The Science of Getting What You Want:7 Simple Steps to Help You Achieve Everything You Want

Just imagine for a second that you could make all your dreams come true, achieve everything you want and succeed in all your endeavors. Wouldn't that be absolutely amazing?

And you know what? Achieving outstanding success is not even that complicated. I'm not saying it will be easy, because there will be all kinds of obstacles and challenges in your way.

But, the process itself is very simple. It only takes 7 steps to achieve extraordinary success and make your dreams come true. All of these 7 steps are critically important and none of them should be overlooked.

#1:Set your goals and get clear on what you want

First, you need to know what you really want. Sometimes we think we desperately want certain things, but upon further reflection we realize that those things are not really important to us.

Once you're clear on what you want, write down your goals. Be as specific as possible. Mention all the details that come to mind. Always write and talk about your goals as if they have already been achieved, because on a more subtle level, they are already reality.

Don't just write down your goals and forget about them. Take at least 5-10 minutes each day to "get into the energy of your goals." Read your goal definition one or more times a day. If you wish, rewrite your goals or add additional elements and ideas. As you read your goals, feel like they are already your reality, add all your emotions and bring them to life.

#2:Ignore all thoughts and beliefs that don't align with your goals

It all starts with a thought. Some thoughts lead to success, others lead to failure. If you want to achieve your goals, you need to become aware of your thoughts and beliefs and change them if necessary.

It's not really very difficult, it's just a matter of practice and becoming aware of your thoughts.

For example, if you want to be financially successful, you have to let go of thoughts like:“I will always be poor”, “money just slips through my fingers”…

First, learn to become aware of all those thoughts that are not aligned with your goals and whenever they arise, just dismiss them. Simply refuse to follow these negative thought streams and replace them with more positive thoughts.

For example, say, "No matter what, I'm going to get through it...things are already going better for me...nothing can stop me and I'll easily overcome all obstacles..."

You won't be able to completely change the quality of your thoughts in a day or two. But if you really want it, you can do it in maybe 2 or 3 months and from there your life will change completely.

As often as possible during the day, ask yourself if your thoughts match your goals and if they don't, just ignore them and replace them with better ones. It quickly becomes a habit and it gets easier and more fun every day.

#3:Add fuel to get there faster

Once you are able to control your thoughts, you are already moving towards your goals with some pretty big steps. But you can go even faster, adding energy to the process.

I'm talking about your e-motions (moving energy). The strongest emotions are love and passion for what you do. However, in the beginning, it is not always easy to create those strong emotions that will carry you forward almost effortlessly.

This is why you need certain tools that help you get into the “flow”. And one of the best tools is visualization and daydreaming. Take a few minutes several times a day and visualize yourself as having already achieved your goals.

Add all your emotions – see them, feel them, hear them… Make them as alive as possible. And, above all, have fun dreaming and enjoy it as much as possible. It is very important to let go, to be relaxed, to go into the flow. If you love what you're doing, you're doing it 100% right.

If you can't take full advantage of it, you'll probably have to play a little more and be less serious. Don't think of it as an exercise you have to do x times a day to get…

If you're not in the stream, if you don't like it, it won't work.

#4:Believe in your success

If you can't believe in your success, you won't succeed. However, if you're embarking on a big project, it's perfectly normal that you can't fully believe in your success from the start.

Belief usually grows over time. You learn to control your thoughts, you prepare and reprogram your subconscious by reading and visualizing your goals each day, you have a little success here and there…and you start to believe more and more in the materialization of your goals. /P>

Ask yourself what keeps you from fully believing in your goals. Most of the time, these are old beliefs that you picked up from your parents, teachers, friends…and they can usually be shattered quite easily.

Whatever you want to achieve, there has probably already been someone, maybe even hundreds or thousands of people who have already done it. Many of them may have even done so under more complicated circumstances than yours.

If others can do it, so can you. Read a few biographies and success stories and you'll realize that not all of these wildly successful people have necessarily been more talented or smarter than the average person. They didn't necessarily have these great connections, a lot of them don't even have a college degree...

#5:Develop the discipline to do what needs to be done and take action

No matter how much you visualize and how much you control your thoughts, if you don't act, nothing will happen.

Ideally, the action should happen naturally out of love and passion for what you do. But, sometimes you'll have to do things that aren't that exciting, or you may have periods where you feel a little less passionate and that's when you'll need discipline to start, to start and to act.

But that doesn't necessarily mean forcing and pushing yourself for months and years. No, just a little nudge here and there to get started. The more discipline you practice, the easier it becomes.

Plus, you'll find that most of the time, you'll only need discipline to get started. Usually, you'll get into the flow after just 10-15 minutes and from there, taking action is easy and fun.

Yes, to achieve great things, you must take massive action. But I'm not talking about years of hard work, I'm talking about inspired action that flows naturally from your passion and feels like play and fun.

Do what you love and learn to love what you have to do. There's no point wasting years of your life doing something you don't enjoy just because there may be a reward somewhere in the distant future.

#6:Take it one small step at a time

If you're embarking on a big project, you can quickly feel overwhelmed. It may seem impossible to get from where you are now to where you want to be and you may begin to doubt your success.

The problem is that our limited conscious mind often cannot figure out how to overcome certain challenges and it says, "That's not possible!" »

Don't listen to him. Just go through the process – think thoughts that align with your goals, visualize and see yourself as having already achieved your goals, take one small step at a time… And in fact, that's really all you can do. If you follow this path, your larger subconscious mind will find ways to make your dreams come true.

Be patient, success doesn't happen overnight and never happens in a linear fashion. For a while it may seem like nothing is happening and suddenly the doors to your success open.

You meet the right people to help you move your project forward, a brilliant idea pops into your head – seemingly out of nowhere, the media starts talking about you… there are thousands of ways and possibilities.

All you have to do is keep moving forward and take one small step at a time.

Never forget:all great achievements are the result of thousands of small steps and not just a few big steps.

#7:Have faith in the process and don't judge your current situation

So, you have changed the quality of your thoughts, you are having fun with your daily visualizations, you are doing a lot of action… However, your outer reality still seems the same. What's the problem here?

You may have "practiced" certain core thoughts and beliefs over the years, maybe even decades and it takes a while to get that energy out of your system.

Just be patient and don't worry too much about your current external situation. They are only temporary and they will change. What you are going through right now is just a reflection of your past thoughts and feelings. Rest assured, your outer circumstances will soon align with your new inner vibration.

Unfortunately, many people lose their faith at this point and fall back into their old habits of negativity and all the great work that has been done so far is undone.

Even if you couldn't achieve your dream, wouldn't it be worth replacing the negative, destructive,
worrying… positive, uplifting thoughts?

Isn't it worth spending a few minutes each day visualizing yourself as someone happy, healthy, successful...?

Wouldn't it be worth finding your passion and having fun acting on your ideas and inspiration?

Don't worry, this 7-step process works and has already helped thousands of people succeed. But even if it didn't work out, you would still benefit greatly.

No matter what you want to achieve in your life, be it financial success, health and vitality, finding the partner of your dreams, having a hugely successful professional career…these 7 steps always work and you can use them to achieve pretty much anything you want.

However, the greatest reward is not so much the final achievement, but the path itself. The greatest joy is in experiencing your own transformation. Watching the “old you” transform into the “new you”, which is brave, full of passion, strong-willed, joyful and happy…

The end result, achieving your goal is just the icing on the cake. Experiencing yourself as the architect and master of your life and realizing that you can achieve and materialize anything you set your mind to is actually far more delightful than the final act of holding the fruits of your success in your hands.
