65% of French people seduced by teleworking

Do you dream of escaping endless journeys by public transport and the hubbub of open spaces? Telecommuting is for you. You are not the only one to be attracted by this trend:one in four French people already practice it and 65% of workers in France are interested in this mode of operation, according to an Ipsos survey for Revolution @ Work.

Balance between private and professional life

The many advantages of telework would be at the origin of this craze. For 79% of respondents, working from home is a "good thing" to limit traffic jams. Many also think it "facilitates economic decentralization" outside the capital and major cities (71%) and "the pace of life" (70%). If it simplifies everyday life, does teleworking contribute to well-being? In any case, that's what the French think. For 62% of respondents, this mode of operation allows them to find a balance between private and professional life.

Telecommuting could also have a positive impact on employers:51% of respondents think that telecommuting promotes "efficiency, productivity". So, what are you waiting for to leave your austere open space to enjoy the comfort of your living room?
