The 10 professions that make the French happy

Like every year, the Happy At Work network publishes its list of professions that make the French people the happiest and that motivate them. The survey was conducted on 120,000 employees taking into account the conditions necessary to be fulfilled at work. First observation:67% of employees working in a small and medium-sized company say they are happy in their job compared to 56% for those working in a larger company (from 200 employees). But the most interesting remains the classification of professions that make you happy. In the top 3, the profession of mathematician occupies first place, followed by architect and communication officer. Here is the rest of the ranking:

2 – Architect

3 – Communication Officer

4 – Marketing Group Leader

5 – Human Resources Officer

6 – Business Developer

7 – Personal service personnel

8 – Environmental health and safety technician

8 – (ex aequo) Site manager

9 – Chemist

10 – Lawyer

Salary, the key to happiness?

But then, why do these professions come at the top of the ranking? Well, in addition to participating in the motivation and development of workers, the salary would be another factor, not insignificant, which contributes to the happiness of employees. Indeed, mathematicians, architects and communication officers are generally very well paid. According to the same survey, 42% of employees surveyed are happy with their pay. Enough to give ideas if you are thinking of retraining professionally, right?
