Taskade keeps things extremely simple. In fact, you don't even need to sign up for an account to use all of its features.

Creating lists

When you first load the page, you'll see where you can enter list items and a title for your note or to-do list. You can create subitems in your list using the tab button.

You can also format your text using a number of keyboard shortcuts:

  • Bold: Ctrl / Command + B
  • Underline: Ctrl / Command + U
  • Italic: Ctrl / Command + I

Share lists

While you can use Taskade on your own, sharing lists couldn't be easier. Once you've entered text into your list, two links will be generated for you to share. You can share a link so others can see the list, or you can share a link so others can edit.
